What’s your Favorite Recipe?

Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner?

The seasons are definitely changing. I can feel the crisp cool mornings and the darker afternoons as clouds begin to roll in and become a much more prominent part of our view. If I’m being honest I already long for those extended sunny days were daylight can linger until 10 PM. I love those afternoon barbecues outside. I love feasting on local berries and fresh vegetables from my garden. Meals that almost prepare themselves!
However, the seasons remind us that we have to keep moving forward, and as we move forward we can only hope that better things are in our future.

Salads and unique dressings can be a refreshing addition to winter months.

I think I’ve told you before that I appreciate good food like no one else. However, I don’t necessarily get a lot of joy out of preparing it. But honestly I think much of that is just a lack of inspiration and maybe ideas of what to do.

Kristi and I thought it would be so fun to ask all of you to share your favorite recipes with us. As we make the transition to hunkering down for the season it can allow us to have more time in the kitchen to experiment and cook meals for our family. We all have our standby favorites, but we also have that one recipe we turn to that always puts a smile on our families faces. One that also brings a little joy to us while we prepare it.

We’ve enjoyed sharing a few of our favorite recipes with you on our blog over the years. Now, we would LOVE to hear your favorites!
We would be so grateful if you could take the time to send us your special recipe —including a picture would be a bonus! We’d love to compile these and share with all of our MKcommunity!

We know you have something good to share! Sweet or savory we can’t wait to compile these gems?

Thank you all!
