We recently received a lovely email from one of you which really hit home. She is carving time in her schedule to take our classes. In addition, she is using them more than once! We want you to ENJOY your workout as well as adapt it to your body and make it your own. Our goal continues to be elevating you to your best self. So anytime we receive feedback of that happening for someone, it makes us feel so good! Gratitude to all of our amazing MKcommunity and the tireless work you put in for your health, both mental and physical.
It’s a blast to share these great comments with you! Most importantly, it is our hope that you see these comments and think, hey I can do this too! You may be on the fence with starting a fitness routine or even getting back at it, but we want you to know it is people just like you who are successful at finding a fit for them. It is not only to “toot” our own horn. :)
Remember, we offer so many different types of classes and we encourage you to try them all! Allow yourself to try them with no judgement or expectations set upon yourself. There is no better way to start something new then in the comforts of your own space. Have fun and meet some of the most fantastic people along the way! There is something for everyBODY!
