Sole Bootcamp

This class begins with a warmup, then you move through 4 stations that work specific muscle groups. This is a client favorite because this class flies by and will keep you energized all day!

Strength + Power

Strength & Power will get you sweaty and build endurance as well as muscles. This class is ever-changing. We focus on a section of the body and tone and strengthen it.

Spin Strength

Spin strength mixes in the cardio equipment and weights, alternating between cardio on the equipment and weighted exercises.

Stretch, Lengthen & Restore

Join Jordan as she guides you through stretching on your mat. No need to get up off the mat to get an amazing release.

Evening Flow Yoga

This class will finish off your day with a warming flow and a relaxing savasana that will send you home with a smile.

Spin

This class will you get an amazing sweat on your stationary bike, elliptical machine, treadmill, etc. Then a quick cool down to get you energized for the day!

Chair Yoga

Yoga for anyone who wants to have more stability. Don’t let this name fool you this class can be challenging. You can choose your level of difficulty with each class and there are always options for modifying poses.

Heated Flow Yoga

An invigorating flow that will generate just enough heat to allow for a welcomed stretch. Come and energize yourself for the day.
