Is MKelevate for me?
If you are a beginner, starting again, or well-traveled on your fitness journey, we are here for you.  The classes we offer are diverse! This is important to us because every 'body' is different.  We want to offer classes you enjoy and enjoy sticking with! We strive to create balance in your physical body as well as a sense of presence and mindfulness to you during your workout.  Exercise is an extremely useful tool for self-transformation. 
We strive to provide an atmosphere free of judgement and expectation is an important step in finding your fitness path.  Our goal is to keep you accountable and moving, in a safe and reassuring way you are comfortable with.  We are here to motivate you and help you achieve your goals!

What sets MKelevate apart from all the other fitness options?

  • Daily live online classes to assist with accountability and community.

  • We make time before and after class to connect, talk, laugh, share with each other.

  • Each live class is recorded, emailed directly to you and available on-demand for seven days to use as many times as you like.

We encourage you to try all of our classes!  Yoga, Spin and our unique Sole Bootcamp are just a few shared by all ages and abilities.  Our goal is for you to leave feeling happy (and maybe a little sweaty) knowing you received YOUR workout for the day.
